Catalonia is a region in Northeastern Spain, where ingredients like eggplant and beef are beloved. In this private chef experience, discover the taste of calçots, sautéed green onions dipped in a rustic romesco sauce. Then, savor marinated beef, potatoes and a delicious selection of local vegetables followed by a delightful pineapple dessert with vanilla ice cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Awesome!! This was by far the highlight of our time in Barcelona - and all of our travels in Europe, for that matter. Chef Luke was exceptional and provided incredible instructions. The spectacular view from his patio and the wood-fire grilled paella were all spectacular. We were fortunate enough that Chef Luke was able to secure some super fresh red shrimp, too - a delicacy of the area and incredibly delicious. There is no question that you have to book a class with Chef Luke!

Chef Luke is fantastic! He is passionate about cooking and sharing his love of food with others. He is a great teacher and we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend all of his classes and private chef experiences!

It was a true pleasure to enjoy Chef Luke's cuisine. Every dish was a surprise and every bite was a delight. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to have an amazing culinary experience!
A working chef since the age of 18, Chef Luke has made a home for himself in the kitchen since childhood, when Mediterranean cuisine began to inform his culinary style. By age 20, he had risen the ranks to head chef, eventually opening his own delivery-only restaurant to serve his community during the pandemic downturn. Nothing gives Chef Luke greater joy than creating handmade food and teaching his secrets to budding cooks.
