Private Chef - Signature Spanish Cuisine
This private chef experience showcases the best of Spain in every dish. Start with a chorizo Spanish omelette dressed in a cider sauce, then delight in slow-cooked beef ribs sided by roasted potatoes and seared endives. Next, Chef Luke will serve garlic crostini topped with pumpkin purée and crema Catalana for dessert with a smoke-flavored caramelized top layer.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
