We had a really great time at the cooking school. Chef Luis was incredible and made the whole experience fun and comfortable while also learning so much. He is truly amazing and brings a special energy to the class. The class is housed inside the restored Windmill - it is beautifully renovated and comfortable. We prepared 5 dishes that were all delicious. We had our teenage boys with us who enjoyed it just as much as we did. Chef Luis made it fun and engaging for everyone. This was an absolute highlight of our time in Mallorca!

We had an amazing time at the cooking class. Chef was a fantastic host, you could tell right away how much he loved sharing his knowledge — every technique, every little tip came with a story or personal touch that made learning feel natural and fun.
The class offered us the opportunity to delve into Spanish cuisine alongside a great group of people, strangers at first but friends by the end. Highly recommend you factor in Chef Luis to your Palma trip!!

There are not enough great things to say about our experience! Our instructor, Vivian, was thoughtful, engaging, and an all-around delight. The cooking instruction was taught in a way that it didn't matter what level of experience you had at the time. The recipes were those which can be done easily at home and by anyone. The kitchen setting was also beautiful. Again, Vivian was amazing!!!!!

The entire experience was perfect for this Spanish cooking class. The kitchen in the windmill was the perfect setting to an intimate cooking class with our amazing cook Maria. We learned so much about cooking as we enjoyed wine and the company of others. We ended with a delicious meal that we all made together. This is a great way to add to your vacation experience.

What a fabulous experience. The menu was varied, from tapas to starter to paella, followed by crema Catalan. Vivian was a very good instructor, encouraging me to try new techniques and expanding my knowledge. We ate as we prepared, and had the Spanish Tortilla and Paella to wind up our experience. I highly recommend this cooking class.

Chef Luis has a lot of culinary knowledge and has been teaching cooking classes for the last ten years now. His passion for local products is obvious and his enthusiasm is infectious. Overall amazing and the setting is hard to beat.
