I had a great time learning how to cook some amazing Spanish dishes the traditional way with a few tips and tricks added to the mix. Chef Juan was such a great host and made me feel so welcome. His love for local, seasonal ingredients is obvious and he takes great pride in sharing all his knowledge and passion. A big thumbs up!!
