During this immersive cooking class, get inspired by the vibrant flavors of Latin America, and learn how to make one of its signature dishes: ceviche. With the guidance of an expert chef Elvira, you'll learn its traditional techniques.

You'll start by making a classic Peruvian mixed ceviche, made with fresh fish, shrimp, leche de tigre and sweet potato for the ideal flavor combination. Next, on the list is a modern fusion made with shrimp, mango and lime. Round this experience with a delicious ceviche Acapulco inspired by Mexican heritage.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
