Cooking Class - Traditional Wood-Fired Paella
Gather in the kitchen for this hands-on cooking class where Chef Luke will teach you how to expertly shop for proper ingredients and prepare a classic seafood paella completely from scratch.
First, create two seafood tapas to enjoy while preparing your paella: Octopus with potatoes and prawns with garlic. Next, you'll combine bomba rice, prawns, scallops and aromatics in a saffron broth and simmer it slowly over a live fire. End your Spanish feast with an indulgent handmade cheesecake topped with a gingery berry-orange compote.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
