Learn how to make artisanal preserves and pair them with classic dishes.

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Luke will teach you how to make your own sweet and savory marmalades using ingredients like pears, port, chorizo and cider to enjoy with handmade bread, cheeses, dessert and more.

First, you'll craft a batch of pear and port marmalade with cinnamon, followed by a tangy burnt orange and whisky marmalade. Then, explore the savory side of preserves with a Spanish chorizo and cider marmalade served with the perfect Catalan cheese board. Finally, prepare a classic Spanish cheesecake topped with your homemade berry marmalade.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
