Cooking Class - Handmade Authentic Spanish Tapas
Learn essential tapas-making techniques with Chef Luke, who will show you culinary tips used in Spanish cooking. From slicing Iberian ham to expertly frying pork belly to dicing brioche for a decadent bread pudding.
Begin by preparing patatas bravas served with a lemon paprika dip, carve paper-thin slices of cured ham, and make torreznos — pork belly that's marinated, dried, cut into strips and fried. Finally, Chef Luke will show you how to cook a classic Spanish tortilla with eggs, potatoes and leeks, and bake a bread pudding infused with cinnamon and citrus.
