Enjoy the best flavors, ingredients and dishes of both Spain and Italy in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Adriana. Not only does this class explore cuisine from multiple cultures, but it's also entirely gluten free.
To start, Chef Adriana will guide you through preparing fresh pan-seared scallops topped with apricot compote and broccoli rabe. Then, you'll learn how to make ravioli filled with spicy honey ricotta in a hearty short rib ragu sauce before enjoying a luxurious dessert of warm coconut cake topped with dulce de leche.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
