Create and cook your own pasta and other Italian specialties with Chef Adriana.
Anyone who loves pasta is sure to enjoy this hands-on cooking class with Chef Adriana. You'll learn how to craft pasta from scratch and cook up a full three-course Italian feast using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Begin by assembling an Italian grilled salad drizzled with a homemade dressing and topped with Parmesan ribbons. Next, choose between fettuccine, ravioli or gnocchi and learn how to craft your selection from scratch along with a comforting bolognese sauce. For dessert, prepare creamy hazelnut panna cotta topped with a rich and velvety chocolate ganache.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Venezuelan-born Chef Adriana has made her home and career between Spain and NYC for the past decade. She’s competed on several cooking shows and is a three-time winner of “Chopped” on Food Network. She’s had her work published in Vice, Forbes and other national publications. In addition to consulting on creative culinary content, Chef Adriana enjoys creating fabulous cuisine for her audience and her guests alike.
