In this hands-on cooking class, you will prepare a fresh selection of dishes inspired by Greek cooking. Highlight traditional ingredients such as seafood, herbs, citrus and olive oil as you craft this vibrant meal.
Begin with a classic Greek salad featuring regional ingredients, followed by spicy, succulent shrimp. For the main course, learn how to cook octopus leg with rich olive oil and herbs and a bright punch of lemon, then serve it with rosemary potatoes. Finish your meal with mosaiko, a traditional Greek dessert of creamy chocolate and crunchy cookies.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
