Cook your way through a 5-course menu starting with rich anchovy toast spread with warm brie. Next, whip up a classic Spanish tortilla with eggs, potatoes and onions. Then learn to craft Spain's famous seafood paella with prawns, squid, and mussels all simmered in a rich broth. End this decadent class with two desserts of aubergine with honey and the caramelized custard of a Crema Catalana.
