You'll be guided step-by-step as you practice filling, folding, sealing and frying your dumplings from start to finish while showcasing the versatility of plant-based ingredients.
Along with mastering the art of the dumpling, you’ll prepare a savory hot and sour soup featuring mushrooms, bamboo shoots and chilis. Finish the meal with classic Chinese walnut cookies. This class can be conducted in Mandarin or Cantonese upon request.
