This hands-on cooking class with Chef Jordan is a wonderfully modern, plant-based interpretation of classic French cuisine. Using smart cooking techniques and fresh ingredients, you'll prepare three homemade dishes.
Chef Jordan will guide you on your culinary adventure through France, as you craft a spinach and leek quiche using vegan cheese and chickpea flour, a classic French stew infused with red wine, lentils and mushrooms, and poach pears with the flavours of floral lavender and sweet agave.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
