This interactive cooking class takes vegan cooking to new heights, with its innovative menu of plant-based classic French dishes. Led by Chef Jordan, you'll learn to make fine dining staples completely from scratch.
Begin by combining the flavours of oyster mushrooms, soy milk and tamari sauce for a vegan take on pâté. Next, you'll learn how to create the perfect buckwheat batter for plant-based crêpes filled with spinach and mushrooms and topped with a vegan béchamel sauce, and prepare French-inspired green beans. For dessert, create a creamy crème brûlée using almond milk.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
