Next, you'll learn how to create the perfect buckwheat batter for plant-based crêpes filled with spinach and mushrooms and topped with a vegan béchamel sauce, and prepare French-inspired green beans. For dessert, create a creamy crème brûlée using almond milk.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
