In this hands-on cooking experience with Chef Georgi, you'll learn to create a menu of French favorites with ease, while practicing knife skills and learning foundational cooking techniques.
Begin by preparing a deeply savory French onion soup with gruyère croutons. For the main dish, learn how to make coq au vin — a show-stopping dish of chicken simmered in red wine, mushrooms and bacon, which you'll serve on top of luxurious mashed potatoes with butter and rosemary. For dessert, create a luxurious chocolate crème brûlée with fresh raspberries.
