Cooking Class - Sushi-Making Fundamentals
Chef Naz shares years of knowledge and experience in the art of making sushi in this hands-on cooking class, where you'll learn about different types of sushi and the individual techniques to make them while trying your hand at three unique styles.
From traditional maki rolls to classic salmon nigiri and uramaki rolls, Chef Naz will teach you how to properly slice fish and create authentic sushi using fresh ingredients, including salmon, avocado and cucumber. Round out your meal with a favorite Japanese dessert: Soft and chewy mochi.
Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the class. Alcohol is not permitted on site.
