Cooking Class - Classic Japanese Sushi and Gyoza
Chef Naz makes the art of handmade sushi and gyoza simple with this introductory cooking class to staples of Japanese cuisine, and his deep knowledge and easy-to-follow instructions make learning these time-honored techniques accessible and fun.
First, you'll prepare a chicken and vegetable filling for classic gyoza dumplings along with your choice of temaki sushi with salmon or crab sticks, where you'll practice forming authentic hand rolls. Then, Chef Naz will show you how to roll sushi with tempura prawns or salmon tatami, and end on a sweet note with Japanese chocolate-filled pancakes.
Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the class. Alcohol is not permitted on site.
