Raised in his grandparents’ brewery in Barreiro, Chef Miguel always had a passion for the culinary arts. Refining his skills under top professionals and an internship in Cahors, France solidified cooking as his true calling. Returning to Lisbon, Chef Miguel also unlocked a talent for teaching. Now, Chef Miguel and his team share Portuguese culinary traditions with those eager to learn through tours, classes and private events.

It is obvious that Chef Miguel finds great fulfillment in sharing his culinary knowledge and Portuguese traditions with those eager to learn. His enthusiasm for local produce and flavors is contagious.
