Chef Miguel is excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable, he gave me useful ‘insider information’ on baking that not many professionals know about. His English is very good, and he did a great job instructing me. I will definitely come back for more classes and will bring my wife next time.

Oh where to start! Talk about the experience of a lifetime this has been an unbelievable experience spending time in Portugal. Halfway through our trip wanted to take the opportunity to celebrate friends engagement while we are here. Instead of just doing dinner, I decided to treat us to a Portuguese cooking class where Miguel taught us how to cook traditional dishes, eat what we cooked and had a ton of wine along the way. Family that cooks together stays together. I highly recommend this experience.

Miguel provided an amazing experience. His knowledge of Portuguese cooking history is immense and he created a warm and friendly environment. We enjoyed cooking local dishes and getting to know our cooking peers.
