Chef Fanny, an esteemed local chef, will share tips, techniques and creative ways to prepare fan-favorite macarons. Using almond flour and egg whites to make meringue-like shells, you'll master mixing, piping and filling a variety of sweet and savory macarons. Fill these pastry shells with chocolate and lemon fillings for a sweet touch. On the savory side, you'll use cream cheese and apples. You'll even make "funny" macarons using food coloring and a zest of creativity.

I took a private puff pastry class with Fanny and it was excellent. I learnt lots of tips and tricks and walked away feeling more confident in my ability to make it on my own! Fanny is an excellent teacher, very approachable and knowledgeable with a good sense of humour! Totally recommend you book a class.

I've taken two classes with Chef Fanny: one with my husband in Paris, and a virtual one-on-one class. With her guidance and clear approach, I learned to make croissants using to different techniques. One for when I have more time and want to be traditional, and one filled with her special tips and tricks to have fresh croissants in just a few hours. I enjoyed her teaching style, recipes, and our conversations. I highly recommend taking classes with Chef Fanny to learn authentic recipes that will be successful every time.

Fanny did a wonderful job teaching us how to make croissants! We all left Paris saying that experience was our favorite part of our trip and I truly think that was because Fanny was so fun and interactive and allowed for such a great experience! We were laughing and having fun the whole time and Fanny explained everything so well! 10/10 would recommend and I am telling everyone next time they visit Paris they need to take a class with Fanny!
