Fanciful flavors and luxe dishes await you in this private chef experience. The meal begins with scallops beautifully pan-fried with a purée layered on top. For the main course, enjoy a tender ribeye steak flavored with red wine jus, crispy leeks, potatoes drizzled with a spicy maple purée, and crispy buttered kale sprinkled with chili flakes. Indulge in a decadent dark chocolate mousse topped with a crunchy honeycomb for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

He worked in several top hotels across the U.K., catering wedding parties and running the dining program to the highest standard. Now focused on being a private chef, he brings his knowledge of classic French cooking to each experience and uses his gift in the kitchen to bring joy to others.
