She has taught in community education programs throughout Minnesota and led hands-on workshops across the Midwest and Southwest. Known for her warm, knowledgeable teaching style, she helps guests explore traditional flavors, techniques and ingredients with confidence. We took a pasta cooking class from Mimi for a date night and it was fantastic. Mimi is an excellent host and instructor. She's very friendly and warm. And she brings a clear passion for cooking and helping others experience that. We had a blast learning with her. Also, our food turned out amazing, it had such a careful choice of flavors for a classic alfredo linguini. I would love to take another class with her sometime. I imagine her Ethiopian dishes would be a special treat.
