Team Building Activity - Joyous Meals for the Team
Fill the table with a stunning spread your team can create and enjoy together.
Invite your team to an exciting team-building cooking class outside the office. They will discover how to elevate their culinary skills with traditional techniques and fresh ingredients as they work together to make four courses of elevated comfort foods. All skill levels are welcome as an expert chef leads you through each recipe step-by-step. Whether crafting handmade pasta for an Italian feast or grilling the perfect steak, your colleagues are sure to sharpen both their cooking talents and their collaborative skills.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

VERY disorganized , too many people booked, chef was spread too thin for teaching, we got the wrong ingredients and then we were scolded for not having the right ones, the spices were premeasured on one paper bowl but not labeled and we were instructed to pull out the tray with certain spices on it. No one knew which were which, we used dough to make dosa and most of the dishes didn’t taste similar to the dish-recipes were available AFTER the class but were not the same recipes we were actually making. At one point we were so lost that I got the recipe to follow, the chef took it right out of my hand and said “that is not what we are using”. He was reading from a separate recipe sheet he had in his hand. He repeat throughout the class that the class was very hard to teach as it was complicated but not sure that helped the situation.

Chef John was great! I think the next class was scheduled too close to ours b/c we had to really rush at the end and we didn't get to enjoy our food b/c we had to eat so fast. I would have preferred to take it home with me or have more time to eat. Kids are slower than grownups and if they are really participating like my granddaughter was, more time should be allowed. Also, no where on the address did it say at - I had to call the 800 number to get that information.

There was supposed to be another couple in the class but they didn’t show, so it was just my us and and I. We had a blast! The chefs were so personable and nice. The food was absolutely delicious, we couldn’t get over how good it was. The reason we give four stars instead of five is because of the address. It gives an address with no name, and it’s located in an outside shopping mall. We could not find it for the life of us, it kept saying it was a restaurant. Turns out it was located inside a cooking store and there was no marking saying it was a host of “cozymeal” cooking classes. But overall great time!! Definitely recommend!

The directions did not state the state to be in store. It stated “700 Rosemary St., which has numerous stores. I searched for 30 mins. Class- disorganized, few teaching points, no place to sit and eat, no directions as to where to utensils or

My husband and I had an enjoyable time. The food turned out excellent. Chef Joy and the others in the class were delightful to be around. There was a lot of standing. I wish we had been able to at least sit down to eat the delicious food. Overall great experience.

Absolutely loved the class. I'm an experienced baker and have wanted to make macarons. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable. I enjoyed the class so much, I'm considering taking the class again as it was so much fun!!!

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!

Chef John brings over 30 years of hospitality expertise, starting his journey in some of the finest restaurants in South Jersey and Philadelphia. After a 16-year tenure as an instructor at the Culinary Institute of America, where he shared his knowledge across more than 11 culinary disciplines, he transitioned to the West Palm Beach area as a premier private chef.
