What You’ll Do

Fill the table with a stunning spread your team can create and enjoy together.

Invite your team to an exciting team-building cooking class outside the office. They will discover how to elevate their culinary skills with traditional techniques and fresh ingredients as they work together to make four courses of elevated comfort foods. All skill levels are welcome as an expert chef leads you through each recipe step-by-step. Whether crafting handmade pasta for an Italian feast or grilling the perfect steak, your colleagues are sure to sharpen both their cooking talents and their collaborative skills.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Cori is a culinary school graduate with more than 12 years of experience spanning both savory cooking and pastry. Her passion for becoming a chef began in childhood and eventually led her to study culinary arts throughout high school before earning a degree in the field. Teaching others to cook has been a longtime goal, and Chef Cori brings that enthusiasm into every class. With an encouraging and approachable style, she helps guests develop practical techniques, build confidence and discover more joy in the kitchen.

The class was fun and the food was delicious. Chief Anthony was very nice but was not very good giving instructions about how to do the different techniques. The class was fine for people that had cooked before but was not helpful if you attended the class to learn preparation or cooking techniques.

Chef Lee has been the instructor at both of the classes I've taken. He is personable and quite knowledgeable. I enjoyed his class and look forward to taking additional classes. Both of the classes I gave to my great-grandsons as Christmas gifts and I'm grateful the boys loved it and are asking for more classes and they said they will pay for their own class. Now that's something this grandma loved to hear.

Chef Lee was so easy to follow, his staff very well organized and personable. We made pasta dough, Fettuccine Carbonara, Garganelli Al Pomodoro Crudo, summer Panzanella with fresh Mozzarella and Pesto Vinaigrette, and lastly Dark Chocolate Tiramisu. Comfortable kitchen, excellent tools. This was a Christmas gift to my great grandsons and they are eager for another class. Best gift I’ve given.

Hi all amazing chefs, thank you for the classes and for the experience of cooking in a kitchen with other people. As an introvert, this not only helped me in breaking out of my comfort zone but also learnt some really amazing dishes. I got to learn and cook three chicken dishes: roasted chicken, chicken soup and fried chicken. With the chef's help we were able to cook a really good meals additionally got some pointers on the temperature setting for proper roast; which I really appreciated. Best parts would be to meet new people, cook with them and of course learning new culinary arts. Thank you again for the experience; really enjoyed it and looking forward to take more classes. PS: Forgot about the pictures; ended up finishing the meal before taking any snaps.

The chef we had (Chef Dulce) was great. The instruction, food, and atmosphere were also terrific. I think the only thing that was off was the communication. It would have been a lot simpler for my team (I booked for 12) if the Cozymeal email had explained this event would take place inside a mall.

The class was so much fun and we enjoyed it. The only think we wish could have been a bit better for the price was if there was a little bit more supervision/personalized tips from the assistants to help us make sure our bread actually came out well. Our focaccia ended up being uneven and not well browned when other group’s were, so we wished they gave us more individual tips as we went

Everything tasted great and the chef instructor was kind and fun, but we felt the food presentation was very different from what was advertised in the photos for the class. I was looking forward to learning some upscale plating techniques as was pictured and that aspect of the final product was a little underwhelming. I think it would be better to use more representative photos of what you will actually make in the class instead of something that is quite different.

We did not have chef Zach but the chef we had was excellent. Instructions clear and visuals were good. She explained why things happen and gave us hints on how to be better bakers. Her assistant was also excellent. She was patient and helpful.

Candy was so knowledgeable and helpful during the class! Her instructions were clear and she was able to explain the science behind macarons and meringue which helped me tremendously! I’ve never enjoyed the taste of macarons until I did this class, which made me realize macarons are delicious!

I loved everything about this class!!! Chef Ellie was a phenomenal teacher and taught us lots of neat tricks for cooking. The food was SO good! I highly recommend taking one of these classes. I took the Gourmet New Year’s Eve class.

Really fun and busy class making pad Thai, deep fried lemongrass corn fritters, shrimp curry, and enjoying coconut rice afterwards, in a group of 12. It was nice to review knife skills as well. Great date or special occasion activity

It was a fun date night, mine and my husband's first time. We won't be attending another class. We weren't fans of sharing our cooking station, it felt like we hardly cooked having to share with another group. Our chef would give instructions to one group rather than the whole class. We kept having to ask what we were supposed to do. Our instructions were not not as clear as we'd like. The food wasn't bad. Staff was friendly. Fun experience, but we'll take our cooking classes elsewhere.

Class had been cancelled and I was never told. Gifted the class to a friend and that kinda stinks to find out they arrived but didn’t get the experience. Two stars because Cozymeal is refunding me.

Chef Cori was really hard to understand and didn't provide any real hands on help. This was our second cooking class and we were disappointed. Our first cooking class with Chef Dean was so amazing and helpful. Chef Cori made not so nice comments about another Chef several times which is very unprofessional. For someone who said she had many years of experience she should have been more professional.

The food was terrific but the class was not very interactive. We stood around watching the chef cut and mix ingredients. Definitely wanted a more hands on experience. Additionally, the chef said he would email the recipes and we have yet to receive them 4 days later.
