Enjoy a steakhouse spread with the added benefit of team bonding thanks to this immersive cooking class. Participants will gain confidence in culinary techniques to create a gourmet meal. From various cutting techniques to seasoning and cooking meat the proper way, the group will craft mouthwatering appetizers, entrées, side dishes and a dessert.

Meet your chef


Chef Michael arrived in the culinary world as an all-around creative looking for his next challenge. His career in environmental and graphic design included work with Toyota and Amazon before his fascination with cuisine led him to Le Cordon Bleu for a blue ribbon program of study. He honed his talents further as assistant pastry chef at Le Marais. Now, Chef Michael applies his creativity to teaching others the art of cuisine.
