Homestyle comfort is the main ingredient in this team-based cooking session.

Your crew will relish a collaborative team building experience where flavor and comfort rule the kitchen. This lesson starts with skillet-style fried chicken made crisp and juicy with downhome culinary magic. Then, it's on to the sides: a savory bread pudding with tomatoes and mushrooms in the mix and a platter of blistered Brussels sprouts, caramelized to perfection. There's a classic apple tart for a sweet touch at lesson's end.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
