Team Building Activity - Mediterranean Mystery Basket Challenge

Challenge your team to some friendly kitchen competition to create the best souvlaki.

In this team building cooking class experience, your group will be split into three teams and each will receive a mystery basket full of ingredients needed to create souvlaki completely from scratch with the challenge of seeing which group can make the best dish!

You'll begin by preparing spinach and cheese spanakopita, then each team will get started on their souvlaki with basket ingredients like meat, vegetables, yogurt and spices, and pointers and cooking tips from Chef Keith along the way. You'll also hand-make traditional baklava loaded with nuts and spices.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a wonderful evening with Chef Keith. He changed the menu to match our needs and we learned to make a full course Mediterranean dinner. He spent a lot of time with us, put us to work, and eventually enjoyed a delicious meal. He was very personable and fun.
