Explore classic Spanish cooking in this hands-on team building cooking class where you'll bond over three dishes that demonstrate the flavors of Spain.
Begin with patatas bravas, crispy fried potatoes dusted with spices and served with a tangy and smoky mayonnaise sauce. Next, Chef Santiago will show you how to prepare authentic sautéed garlic shrimp and scallops with white wine, tomatoes, parsley, smoked paprika and white wine, and tarta de Santiago, a traditional Spanish almond tart, for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
