Gather your team and prepare handmade pasta together in this Italian cooking class.

In this interactive pasta-making team building class with Chef Yapo, your team will learn how to make gnocchi and gnudi from scratch, as well as two sauces and fresh stracciatella gelato.

Using authentic Italian cooking techniques, Chef Yapo will teach you how to make two pastas: Gnocchi, a pillowy potato pasta, and gnudi, a similar pasta made with ricotta cheese rather than potato. You'll prepare creamy gorgonzola sauce and hearty bolognese sauce to accompany the fresh pasta. Finally, end class by making fresh stracciatella gelato from scratch.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Roasted Garlic Buttered Baguette

Gnocchi and Gnudi Pasta Dough

With all-purpose flour, eggs, russet potatoes and ricotta cheese

Gorgonzola Sauce

With cream and white wine

Bolognese Sauce

With mirepoix, tomato, sausage and beef

Stracciatella Gelato

With milk, heavy whipping cream, sugar, chocolate and vanilla

Chef Yapo provided a great experience for my family! We bought the cooking class for my dad as a Christmas present because he loves cooking and being with family. He was extremely thorough. Brought all of the ingredients and everything that we needed. He provided us a lot of education about cooking and the ingredients. We never knew how much work it was to make ravioli but Chef Yapo made it easy! My dad and family loved the class! Thank you!!!

Chef Yapo was a such an energetic and informative chef who was very patient with all of us family of five! My husband and I learned so much from Chef Yapo about how to peel ginger (i’be been doing it the hard way for years), peel and chop garlic, and how to season fresh fish. Cooking was fun and didn’t feel like a chore. The menu he selected was delicious. We were both so proud of our time in the kitchen and can’t wait to do it again with our family and friends.

Chef Yapo is a true inspiration. I won't ruin the surprise but he has a back story that will knock your socks off. He's a wonderful chef with LOADS of talent and excitement and passion for his food. His gnudi is light and soft and his excitement is palpable. Take his class, you'll learn a lot!
