This paring knife is so comfortable to work with. It's very sharp and has a very good grip so it makes it very easy to maneuver whether I’m peeling an orange, cutting segments, or coring strawberries. This knife will definitely get a lot of use in my kitchen.

This premium paring knife is small yet very sharp and agile, making it a perfect addition to our kitchen. We love that it's handcrafted in Japan and features a custom stamped design on the blade.
