Private Chef - Modern South Indian Delights

The food was INCREDIBLE! We agreed the dosa was better than any dish we'd had at an Indian restaurant. It felt very fancy to have a private chef; we hung out in the kitchen playing cards and sipping wine while Chef Satish served us one dish at a time. I will say that if I were to do it again, I'd probably do a class instead, as I would've liked to at least watch the cooking process more. Chef Satish prepared about half of the dishes before coming to our house and heated them up. We had zero complaints about freshness, quality, and flavor, but it did make the experience go by quickly (about an hour). I think that's just the nature of the "private chef" experience (it was our first time, so we didn't know what to expect). Oh, and Chef Satish was super friendly and pleasant! He was talkative when we engaged him but also gave us some privacy to enjoy the special date night.

Great meal! We had four course in total and the flavors were incredible all over! He was so professional and kind and he times every course so perfectly. The highlight for us was the attention to detail - especially on the chicken Marsala. I’ve never had spinach risotto with chicken Marsala before, but it was sooooo good! I’ll have to steal that idea next time I make Marsala! The homemade tiramisu was incredible. We’re happy we had a good portion of dessert because we had enough to save for the next day!

Chef Satish was incredible! He took ample time to thoroughly explain his process and patiently addressed every question we posed throughout the meal. I would absolutely recommend, he is exceptionally pleasant, humble, and deeply knowledgeable about his craft.

Chef Satish prepared an INCREDIBLE meal for my fiancé and me with our loved ones on our proposal day. He was a wonder to work with! He got all the details right and provided exceptional service on the day. Oh and should I mention the food quality…superb! Would certainly use him again next time we have an occasion.

Satish is not only a great and very experienced chef but a great person who made our experience interesting, insightful and fun. Kind sharing his knowledge. He was also very flexible and accommodating by making the recipes not too spicy. The flavors were delicious and we learned a lot!

Chef Satish prepared a five course meal for my daughter and son-in-law to be and their guests at their home following a surprise proposal of marriage. He provided a menu to us and described each course - every bite was delightful and each course a unique asian fusion of flavors from various regions. We had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend Chef Satish for your next private celebration.
