Enjoy as Chef Sarah prepares and serves a gourmet menu of Asian specialties made from scratch. Begin with fresh dumplings filled with minced shrimp and pork served with a savory soy ginger dipping sauce. Next, enjoy salmon in a sweet chili sauce for your main course with steamed jasmine rice and sautéed bok choy. End your meal with creamy green tea mochi ice cream for a delightful dessert.
