Chef Stephen is fantastic! He is a seasoned pro in the kitchen that has worked with some of the best in the business. He shared a lot of helpful tips and techniques with us and we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend him to anyone in the Las Vegas area looking for an amazing culinary experience!

Award-winning Chef Stephen has worked with several celebrity chefs during his time in professional kitchens. He was inspired to learn while watching his grandmother cook traditional Southwestern cuisine. After graduating culinary school, he honed his skills in restaurants around California before settling down on the Las Vegas Strip. Chef Stephen is elated to offer his expertise to clients and students of all culinary backgrounds.
