This private chef experience with Chef Kiersten focuses on Italian favorites, beginning with seasonal bite-sized hors d'oeuvres. Then, choose between garlic-infused bruschetta or bacon-wrapped squash for a traditional Italian appetizer before indulging in a savory Tuscan bean soup, or a Mediterranean bread salad. Chef Kiersten will then delight you with either a made-from-scratch pasta carbonara or pasta lasagna rolls, with garlic bread or balsamic roasted veggies on the side. Finally, choose between tiramisu or triple chocolate mousse to end the experience on a note of decadence.

Chef Kiersten is an entrepreneur and culinary extraordinaire who brings to the table her decades of experience as an executive chef. After beginning her career as a personal chef, she later became owner and operator of her own catering business for 20 years, in addition to a renowned barbecue restaurant in Kansas City and a meal prep kit company. Chef Kiersten now resides in Napa Valley and specializes in farm-to-table cuisine.
