Then cut across the strips into small bite-size pieces. -Wash your green beans (or whatever vegetable you are using) and break off ends and break beans in half or thirds, depending on size. -Pour the stock into a large pot along with an additional cup of water. My wife and I attended the Pantry Paella class and we had a wonderful time. Chef James was patient and very knowledgeable. We would not have been able to make such a delicious meal without his guidance. He taught us so much about the history of paella in addition to how to make paella. I would definitely take another cooking class with Chef James.

What a fun experience, and a delicious meal. Thanks Chef James for teaching us a new dish, and the history behind it. Great way to sip wine and celebrate a birthday in the comfort of my home.
