Chef Daniel shows guests how to create tasty hummus with a variety of flavors conveniently in your own kitchen. He brings years of culinary experience and passion to this fun cooking class.
Learn how to blend your own hummus using your favorite flavors and seasonings, like basil, roasted red pepper, jalapeño or sun-dried tomato. Chef Daniel will then walk you through making a great chicken shawarma with garlic and herb pita bread, cucumber salad, tzatziki and basmati rice. Finish your Middle Eastern menu with a lemon olive oil cake, served with berries and ice cream and you’ll have an eclectic, fun menu you’ll want to recreate at home again and again.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Not only did he teach us how to cook a number of dishes, but he also taught us knife skills and food history! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Daniel A to anyone seeking an informative and delicious meal! Wonderful experience!

Chef Daniel was great. He worked to accommodate a specific date request I had during the holidays. He was kind, clean, courteous. He gave the kids plenty of time to learn, practice, and participate, but overall kept the night and the dinner moving. This was a great gift and a great experience for all! Def worth every penny and the time!

Had a fantastic time with Chef Daniel last week! In addition to preparing some absolutely delicious tacos, he taught us useful knife skills, the secret to an amazing chicken marinade, and how to make a fantastic fried fish. Daniel was a real delight, and his personality and breadth of knowledge made the evening both entertaining and educational! Would highly recommend this class to anyone looking to up their taco game.
