Cooking Class - Prep Ahead for Keto Success

Following a keto diet doesn't have to be complicated. Chef Diana will share her secrets.

The ketogenic diet is a low-carb, high-fat plan of eating that is free of sugar and grains. The secret to a successful keto diet is preparing ingredients ahead of time to make cooking quick and easy.

Begin Chef Diana's hands-on class with a chicken and vegetable stir fry, followed by a ham and vegetable omelet with optional cheese. Next, you'll learn how to perfectly prepare salmon with cauliflower rice and a lemon caper sauce, and spaghetti squash with beef meatballs and marinara sauce.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

What a fun informative evening. Turned us on to several Keato friendly products. Diana has her house set up in such a sweet fashion so you feel comfortable the moment you step in. She had ample cooking station set ups. I will recommend chef Diana because she is a good teacher and made this a fun girls night with my sister and niece. Bottom line she is a professional that you want as a friend.

Chef Diana was warm and welcoming from the start. Very informed on the structure and procedures of Keto. She offered many tips that will be very useful. Cooking with her was like a fun girls night, visiting and cooking. I feel very prepared to embark on my New Years resolution. Chef was very organized and had a great layout! I would love to cook with Chef Diana again soon!
