Get ready for a mouthwatering adventure as you learn all about Tuscan cuisine with Chef Neil, and discover how to utilize simple ingredients and perfect execution to make something unbelievably special. Begin by mastering an heirloom tomato and burrata salad with strawberries and balsamic glaze, then make pappardelle pasta from scratch and serve it with lemon, asparagus, artichokes and Parmesan. A decadent classic tiramisu awaits you for dessert.

Chef Neil is a great chef and instructor who takes great pride in his food. I particularly enjoyed the mushroom risotto and berry cobbler. The risotto was perfectly al dente and the mushrooms lent the dish a meaty and robust flavor. The cobbler had a perfectly crisp crust atop layers of perfectly sweetened fruit. I had a great time learning from Chef Neil and tasting his delightful creations.

Armed with a bachelor’s degree in food and beverage management from the Art Institute of Las Vegas, Chef Neil has spent the past 10 years of his career working in kitchens, managing catering companies, successfully opening a new restaurant concept for a Utah-based restaurant group, and hosting an array of cooking classes and other culinary experiences. His philosophy is simple: to make really good food using fresh ingredients.
