About the role:

As a Web Product Manager at Cozymeal, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create exceptional products, improve user engagement, boost conversion rates, and manage our development processes.

In this role you’ll get to:

  • Manage the product lifecycle in whole - from ideation, exploration, approval, development, implementation, execution to measurement and ongoing development
  • Create and maintain detailed product specs to guide development teams.
  • Develop and maintain operational metrics and financial reporting to accurately measure product performance (conversion rate, customer loyalty, experience, forecasted revenue, etc.)
  • Identify areas for user experience enhancement by analyzing user feedback and data.
  • Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences and implement strategies to increase user engagement on the platform.
  • Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to drive improvements.
  • Lead agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Own product backlog and collaborate closely with the development team to manage and prioritize the backlog

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in product management, with a focus on web and mobile applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience leading a remote team.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and user research techniques.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies, including sprint and scrum.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Hours: Full-time, between 9 am to 6 pm (at least with a 4-hour overlap with any timezone in the US)
