Bread, cake, cookies....all baked goods make me so happy and learning how to bake is such a wonderful and fulfilling feeling. Chef Jojo is a great teacher. Technique, ingredients, measurements, temperature......all important factors influencing the outcome of a bake and under Chef Jojo's expertise and tips and tricks the result is amazing!
