Cooking Class - Celebrate the Season
In this hands-on class, Chef Valerie welcomes all levels of home cooks to learn how to best utilize seasonal ingredients and flavors in everyday cooking.
While enjoying your first course, Chef Valerie will begin teaching on some of the best seasonal flavors and ingredients as well as a few tips and tricks for how to best prepare them. Most importantly, you'll learn how to properly cook following the rhythm of the seasons. You'll also take all of the recipes you made in class.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
