Explore and enjoy the exotic diversity and fun and funky flavors of authentic Asian delicacies.
In this hands-on class, you will join Chef Lee for an incredible culinary experience. Chef Lee will teach you skills and techniques to create a three-course Asian menu filled with classic fried and fermented fares.
You will begin with a simple and salty Japanese miso soup dotted with silky tofu, green onions and seaweed. Then it's onto a Korean kimchi fried rice for a funky, slightly spicy dish studded with pork and pops of bright kimchi. Lastly, you'll create a mixed vegetable fried rice with a fried egg to end your Asian adventure.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

After earning his bachelors degree in culinary management, Chef Lee began working as a sushi chef. After cooking in many renowned restaurants and teaching “sushi school” at a top restaurant in Philadelphia, Chef Lee discovered his passion for hospitality. Chef Lee now hosts fun-filled, trendy and futuristic culinary experiences that are a true celebration of international flavor you do not want to miss!
