Cooking Class - Taste of Madrid
Everyone can immerse themselves in an exciting and memorable activity and enjoy the irresistible flavor that Spanish cuisine is famous for in a hands-on and cooperative environment without pressure. Chef Phoebe is eager to pass on her expert cooking skills and techniques to make each dish a truly distinct experience for you and your team.
The class begins with creating luscious croquettes filled with savory ham and cheese, followed by satisfying pan con tomate before going on to mouthwatering corn cakes combined with zesty peppers and enticing salsa. Continue with succulent shrimp before preparing scrumptious potato croquettes with a spicy romesco sauce. The course then concludes on an indulgent high note with delightful churros paired with silky chocolate.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class and no corkage applies.
