Roll up your sleeves and cook four Italian American classics from scratch.
This cooking class in Las Vegas is a great way to bring traditional Italian dishes into your repertoire with a creative spin. With Chef Brennan or a resident chef by your side, you'll make baked meatballs, assemble three-cheese and spinach manicotti and simmer a fresh tomato sauce from scratch. You'll also prepare garlic lemon broccolini and finish on a sweet note with a classic affogato. Along the way, you'll pick up practical skills for layering flavors and working with fresh ingredients. Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
