Chef Michael arrived in the culinary world as an all-around creative looking for his next challenge. His career in environmental and graphic design included work with Toyota and Amazon before his fascination with cuisine led him to Le Cordon Bleu for a blue ribbon program of study. He honed his talents further as assistant pastry chef at Le Marais. Now, Chef Michael applies his creativity to teaching others the art of cuisine.

Spectacular & fun night cooking with Chef Victor Lane! Brazilian steak, plantain chips, collards and banana dessert were all mouth-watering and we all helped make it! Loved the light hearted, fun atmosphere! Thanks for a fun night!

The class made Pad Thai, crispy shrimp, and pumpkin soup. The class was informative and the food was fantastic!! Chef Mike was great!
