From cedar plank salmon to a dark cherry hazelnut sundae, this engaging cooking class in Wichita covers a full and flavorful summer menu. Guided by Chef Erin or a resident chef, you'll cook salmon with a blackberry sauce, put together a golden beet and haricot vert salad and bake sweet onion and herb focaccia from scratch. Throughout the class, you'll gain hands-on experience with seafood preparation and baking techniques. This cooking class in Wichita is perfect for anyone who loves cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
