Cook a bright seasonal Italian menu in this fun cooking class in Carmel (Indianapolis). Guided by Chef Randy or a resident chef, you’ll prepare handmade pasta dough, shape orecchiette and cook hand-cut pasta with roasted asparagus and Parmesan. Finish with fresh berries and honey Prosecco zabaglione. You’ll gain hands-on experience with pasta shaping and sauce building. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
