Learn how to make fresh Italian pasta from scratch in a hands-on class.

Cook a coastal Italian menu in this hands-on cooking class in Boulder. You’ll mix and roll fresh pasta dough, cut linguine by hand and pair it with clams in a white wine sauce. Along the way, you’ll prepare marinated prosciutto wrapped melon for a bright starter and bake a rustic fig and raspberry crostata for dessert. Chef Ashley or a resident chef will guide you through pasta making, sauce reduction and pastry techniques. This cooking class in Boulder is perfect for anyone who wants practical experience cooking Italian dishes from scratch.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We took a French cooking class with baked chicken, potatoes, steamed artichoke, and lemon crepes. I've been wanting to learn how to make crepes for a while. We had a great time and Chef Andy was very knowledgeable.
