What You’ll Do

Help your child explore food cultures through hands-on cooking in this cooking series.

Designed for ages 7-11, this hands-on cooking series in Naples takes young chefs on a five-day journey through global flavors. Guided by Chef James or a chef instructor, kids will explore dishes inspired by Mexico, Asia, Italy, France and classic American comfort food. Along the way, they’ll practice knife safety, seasoning and balance, dough shaping and basic heat control while cooking meals like chicken tostadas, soba noodles, fettuccine Alfredo and croque monsieur. This cooking series in Naples helps kids build confidence and curiosity through hands-on cooking every day.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a blast! The food we prepared was as a group. Two chefs, two groups. The group table we were part of totaled 10. The other table was a very large group, all employees of the same company so it seemed like too many people but other than that, it was fun and the dishes we prepared were absolutely delicious. The chef's were fun and would highly recommend this experience opportunity.
